FalconStack currently has three support scopes, one for each plan.
Standard support is what comes with the Essentials plan. Your requests are being queued and answered as they come by our WordPress experts.
Priority support comes with our Autopilot plan and includes faster response and resolution times. When receiving requests, our team will always handle the priority queue first. These requests also take priority for resolution when escalated to our developers.
Dedicated support is our highest support tier and comes with the Complete plan. Requests created with this support scope will go to a different queue with its own support team. When subscribing to the Complete plan, you will be assigned a dedicated agent, handling your requests as fast as they come.
