You cannot download backups from the FalconStack dashboard. All your backup points are shown in the site manager and you can quickly restore your site to any of these points.
I need a copy of my site
A copy of your site can be downloaded using an FTP client. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us and we'll provide you with the files. We can also send you a copy of your site for a specific point in time.
